Unit A Response

Unit A had some great advice that will impact me as a first year teacher. Some of the information that I found the most useful was that teachers need to be consistent, have a good classroom management plan and to have positive expectations for all students. Students need to know what to expect when they step in the classroom that first day. A good classroom management plan is a must .Students need to have a safe and secure place to learn. Teachers also need to have positive expectations for all of the students. Students will want to learn if they have teachers who believe in them.
